About Us

Rest Stop Rejuvenate
is your rest stop for Well-Being!

Our mission is to offer you an environment that fosters relaxation by meeting your five sensory needs. We offer a holistic approach by creating a nurturing environment providing an alternative to daily stress. Wellness is generally defined to mean a healthy balance of the mind-body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. It has also been described as “the constant, conscious pursuit of living life to its fullest potential,” (as defined in Wikipedia). Our motto is “LIFE - to Live In Full Expression.” Make the choice today to actively pursue wellness!

Rest Stop Concept

Rest Stop Rejuvenate is a concept that was birthed out of observation. Most of us are on the run, busy working, taking care of others and have not had the time to take care of our own needs. We are running in survival mode - “Burnt Out.” In this manner of living, we often find ourselves needing to escape as tension gets the best of us.

Our intention is to create an environment that offers you a healthy alternative. An alternative that nurtures and supports by counteracting life’s daily stress.

Remember - you do not have to be stressed out to stop by! Take the advice of Dr. Spence as he states, boosting all our senses will make us more productive, successful and able to enjoy better relationships ~ Adopted from http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/2010141.stm
