Rhythm for Life

Drawing from eastern and western traditions, we’ll sharpen our rhythmic awareness and expand our rhythmic vocabularies by combining inner (meditative) work with outer (walking, chanting, moving) rhythm exercises.  Through group rhythm circles, we’ll explore pulsation, syncopation, beat, off-beats, sub-division and more - all with a sense of spontaneity, flow and FUN!!

BioSonic Re-patterning & Tuning Forks

BioSonics Re-patterning is a natural method of healing and consciousness development using tuning forks and other sound modalities based on the sonic ratios inherent in nature. There are an abundance of benefits that result from the “tuning” of your body utilizing tuning forks. Vicki Genfan’s workshop will introduce attendees to the history and science behind tuning forks, the proper method by which the tuning forks are to be used, and the benefits of their use.

Free Sound Healing Circle to begin at 8:45 pm

The Sound Healing Circle is offered to all who are interested in experiencing the healing power of sound & rhythm relating to the 5 Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether).  This is an experiential meditative healing circle lead by Vicki Genfan and assisted by Vicky Mulligan & Pat Santoro.

Those who have taken the class, Tuning In with Vicki Genfan, will have an opportunity to use some the the skills learned during the class as well as see and feel the power of sound and rhythm first hand.
