Listening Room performances with a home concert feel -- cozy and welcoming!
Why offer listening room concerts? Live music in an intimate setting not only inspires but lifts the spirits of all who attend. Intimate concerts rejuvenate and invoke a desire to share and connect. There are so few places that offer a space for people to stop, listen, and share. It brings us great joy to offer live music events that support musicians in living the life they are called to live!

RSR hosts Listening Room Performances on a regular basis. During these performances we ask that you are quiet and that you turn off or silence your phone. Please ask ahead of time if you wish to record audio/video or photograph the performance. We encourage you (during the break) to get to know the person next to you... you never know what enriching conversations can emerge!

After a car accident I had earlier in the week, I needed to take care of myself by putting things on my calendar to help with the emotional, spiritual, healing needed from the trauma. I was happy that open mic was coming up knowing how we, as a family bond, enjoy ourselves, connect, feel safe and relax at Rest Stop and that was exactly what I needed. Dawn Noble
