Polarity Therapy
& Sound Healing
Date: more information coming soon
Vicki will introduce you to Polarity Therapy and BioSonic Repatterning (Sound Healing w/ Tuning forks and voice) via lecture and some 'hands on' exercises.
Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, DO, DC, ND (1890-1981), who conducted a thorough investigation of energy in the healing arts over the course of his 60-year medical career. Polarity is a blend of modern science and complementary medicine. It is a comprehensive health system involving energy-based bodywork, diet, exercise and self-awareness. Scientifically, it works with the Human Energy Field, electromagnetic patterns expressed in mental, emotional and physical experience. In Polarity Therapy, health is viewed as a reflection of the condition of the energy field, and therapeutic methods are designed to balance the field for health benefit.
BioSonic Repatterning is a holistic healing method within the branch of energy medicine. This type of alternative or complementary medicine uses sound to develop the consciousness, in order to advance healing processes. Sound treatments used in BioSonic Repatterning can include the use of melodies, chants, and tuning forks.
Vicki Genfan has studied Polarity Therapy and BioSonic Repatterning with Dr. John Beaulieu in NYC. She has put in over 1000 hours of training and is a Registered Polarity Practitioner. She is also a Certified BioSonic Repatterning Practitioner and has taught both Polarity classes as well as Sound Healing classes since 1997 at Holistic Learning Centers and Massage schools throughout the country (including NY Open Center, Omega Institute, Texas Healing Arts Massage School in Austin, TX). A full time, award winning musician and composer, Vicki finds that Polarity and BioSonic Repatterning are wonderful ways to maintain balance and a strong connection to 'Source' and enjoys giving sessions and teaching/lecturing when she is not on the road touring.

“From the moment we first entered Rest Stop we felt welcomed and at home! Vicky offers a warm and inviting space that makes everyone feel at ease and as if they are a part of a long lost group of friends. Whether you are there to just listen to the wonderful performers that come through her doors every month, or are looking to perform, Rest Stop’s Open Mic Night has a seat for you. When we first ventured inside we never thought we would ever stand in front of a microphone and through the encouragement and friendships formed we have sung, played music and even danced the night away! If you are looking for a night out you should stop by, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and something sweet and meet up with the friends you didn’t know you had!” Michele Fawcett.
