Sylvie Minot has a BA in Dance from San Jose State University, exploring both dance and choreography and is now teaching 5Rhythms™ at the Moving Center School in Mill Valley.

Sylvie has experienced the power of dance to transform our life and to support us in living our passion. She incorporates this experience, along with her studies in various healing practices, into her teaching. Sylvie is passionate about the journey created within 5Rhythms™ and is dedicated to the embodiment of spirit through dance and committed to the transformation of one's life and living one's passion
