Vicky Mulligan

Vicky E. Mulligan is the founder and owner of Rest Stop Rejuvenate. She is certified by Dr. Caroline Myss as an Archetypal Counselor and is currently offering several programs dedicated to self development through archetypal awareness based on Dr. Myss’s theory of Sacred Contracts™.

Vicky specializes in teaching creative methods of expression that unveil the stories that lie within each of us. Vicky has worked with therapists as well as other professionals in therapeutic, corporate, and creative environments. She teaches in Northern Virginia and New Jersey.

Vicky Mulligan worked as a substance abuse counselor for years while studying cross cultural healing, psycho-spiritual counseling, and various other methods of healing at the Center for Transpersonal Body/Mind Studies. At the same time she practiced a unique method of healing called Metamorphosis, a philosophy she continues utilize in her life to this day.

Since 1988 Vicky has been dedicated to her own personal transformation and integration. She believes in practicing and teaching methods that offer a means of transformation and healing that can be incorporated in everyday life. In 1999 Vicky was introduced to an automatic painting method developed by artist, Andrew Maishman. She was so enthralled with this form of expression that she continued to work with Andrew until 2001 in furthering the development of this unique method.

In 2001 Vicky founded CoLOREnLIGHT LLC, offering this method as a tool for personal expression and self development. Over time Vicky discovered that the allegories held within each painting were archetypal patterns expressed in a visual medium. Fascinated by this experience Vicky deepened her knowledge by dedicating four years of study with Dr. Myss at her Institute in Chicago -- Caroline Myss Education Institute.
