Let us consider the Path of Healing as an ever deepening orientation and capacity for wholeness and balance bringing a greater sense of integration and harmony. Through these classes we will aspire to experience Breath, Imagery, Concentration, Energy, and Touch with awareness and presence as tools toward greater personal health. Our initial goal in this series of classes is to lay the foundations for each individual to establish a long-term, coherent, disciplined set of practices supportive of their unique path of healing. My perspective is grounded in my trainings as a Sufi initiate as well as a healing minister in the Sufi Healing Order and as a healing practitioner of 28 years using physical and non-physical therapies. Comedy Open Mic - The Laughter Experiment provides an opportunity for comics to develop exciting new material, for audiences to hear perfected routines and for performers and audience members to interact with each other in different and creative ways. Anyone can perform at the open mic. Performers must register at RSR by 8 p.m. on the night of the performance. The number of performers determines how much time each performer gets, typically about 8 minutes, which they can split as they wish among presentation.
