Flexability is the theme this 5 week Yoga class

Come and have an experience... through yoga deepen your flexability of mind, body and spirit through postures, breath technichues and meditations.  All are welcome, beginners to experienced.

This is a 5 week Series,

Date: Monday's beginning July 12th
Time: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Cost: $ 90.00 for the 5 week series.  If you wish to drop in please call as space is limited to a small intimate class.
