Groups, gatherings, and conversations are organic in that they are organized by theme and belong to the community of people who attend. However, RSR suggests basic guidelines that each group must adhere to. It is ultimately the responsibility of each group to create and agree upon guiding principles that aid in maintaining the group’s focus and offers a supportive environment for all to come together. Each of us come together bringing wisdom, experience and insight.
