Circles have been used by many cultures throughout the centuries as a place for ceremony and transformation. The Medicine Circle creates a place of healing for healing--a place to offer prayers for ourselves, for others, and for the greater whole. In this Circle, we use the dance as a medicine. We begin in silence, and move through a 5 Rhythms™ wave, an intention-setting ritual/ceremony, Medicine Circle work, and a short meditation.

I wanted to thank you for helping me through the crises; you are wonderful, compassionate and extremely skilled. I want to continue learning about Sacred Contracts and meet with you again very soon.

Classically trained singer Crista Orefice offers a style liken to "classical-crossover" pop and folk wrapped into one and at times can be similar to pop-opera. She has a degree in vocal music performance from Montclair State University, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Music Therapy.- which she loves.
Drums from Heaven
"DRUMS from HEAVEN" will host a huge drum and dance circle and will be undertaking a fundraiser for the purpose of raising money for "The National Down Syndrome Society" and the Saddle Brook Challenger Baseball,a league for people with disabilities. .
