What Is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is the process of accompanying people on a spiritual journey. It invites a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspects of life. Spiritual direction is not psychotherapy, nor is it traditional counseling. Rather it is direction offered via spiritual philosophies that help people to see the Sacred in their everyday life.
